Power cuts have happened to most of us in the past. They can occur without warning and have a multitude of causes. Whether the cause would be due to the expiration of a single fuse or to a fuse box which has completely burnt out we are on hand to resolve this most irritating of issues. We advise determining whether your neighbours still have power. We can only repair faults that occur inside your property and if you find out it has, we will be ready to fix it.

After arrival we will investigate, diagnose and evaluate the potential cause of the problem and once determined, formulate a solution. Our electricians carry a large range of components and parts which in a number of scenarios are suitable to fix the problem in the first instance. If the scenario occurs where this would not be possible e.g. fuse box replacement our electrician would leave the property and return with the part at the earliest convenience for you. In some cases we may need to re-quote for the work which our electrician would do and can proceed accordingly.

Please feel free to contact us when the need to have an appliance installed arises. Our installation service is extensive and strengthened by the considerable experience of our electricians. This includes cookers, hobs, extractor fans, showers and tumble dryers amongst others. Likewise we can disconnect each of the above and more. Our electricians can install the utility or appliance to a preferred location in the property and take the necessary steps to ensure it can be fitted there. We either install it into existing wiring or can conduct additional work where sufficient wiring is run to the area.

We are here for when you need certification confirming the safety of the property. Upon completion of an electric inspection, certificates are provided if the property passes the test. The inspection involves a thorough examination and inspection of the property and its wiring, allowing a safe environment to flourish for present and future occupants. If the property did not meet the standards a report will be generated explaining the criteria which caused it fall short and the specifics so they can be amended.

If you ever find yourself requiring the testing of appliances instead we can provide a PAT testing service instead. We shall quote per the number of items you need testing for as many items as you need testing. Other common issues in a property are the malfunction of lights and sockets, which we are always willing to remedy for you. Our electricians carry a variety of parts on their vans to help in our aims of providing an efficient and prompt repair. Alternatively you are welcome if you are interested in having new sockets or lights installed from scratch at a preferred place in the house, whether to fit to a pre-existing point or to a new point made viable through some additional wiring. Any parts we do use will be British Standard in their quality.

If you ever require a company to do so we can provide a full re-wiring service for a domestic or commercial property. When possible we will attempt to quote you over the phone or if not attend the property at an optimal time and providing the pricing details when there. If you require it, we can create a written quotation or estimate to accompany the verbal quotation you will receive. As our work is insurance approved you can be sure that we can provide all the documentation which the insurance company requests.
